  as someone who was legit excited for this game just by trailer. I kinda thought it&apos;d be more like Zoo Tycoon where by day you do the mindless chores as you go around and get familiar with the map, while at night you have to figure out what the hell&apos;s wrong with the animals

  the game is set in 1991, protag is explicitly stated to be poor and doc takes &quot;your phone&quot;. back then mobile phones were the size of bricks and luxury items. sounds like the decision to make this a period piece happened late in development and the script wasn&apos;t revised

  I&apos;ve never seen a game where the immersion breaks whenever the main character does anything. The mutated animals and parasites are somehow more believable than Paul.
