  The fact Finnicks death was a representation of his life as a victor constantly being grabbed at by faceless hands, treated like a piece of meat and then when he was finally about to be happy and live the life he deserved Snow once again steals it from him. He of all characters in this world deserved better!!!!!!!!!

  I love Finnick being the 1st one to not treat Peeta like a threat because he knows how to help him from his relationship with Annie

  Peeta was making great progress, they didn’t show in the movies but in the books, he actually baked the cake for Annie and Finnick’s wedding

  Heartbreaking Fact: Snow clearly said that Coin had the bombing of the Capitol’s children televised. That means it’s highly likely that Mama Everdeen realized her daughter Katniss was alive only seconds before watching Prim die. She then , instead of shutting down like with her husband, went to work and held it together like Katniss told her she had to in the beginning of the original HG.

In the books they get close enough that Katniss considers her a sister and it’s meant to mirror haymich and one of his district partners maysilee donnor. They hated eachother at first and eventually grew to be like siblings

  I love that in the movie, the only two people to offer their condolences to Katniss for Prim dying are.. Coriolanus Snow and Peeta.

  Peeta and I grow back together. There are still moments when he clutches the back of a chair and hangs on until the flashbacks are over. I wake screaming from nightmares of mutts and lost children. But his arms are there to comfort me. And eventually his lips. On the night I feel that thing again, the hunger that overtook me on the beach, I know this would have happened anyway.
