  Not Diana telling Michael to dial it down because he was outshining her 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Typical of her. Love her as an artist but I don't think I've ever heard one good thing about her as a person

  Stephanie should've been in the movie. Period. The good thing we got out of it was Quincy and Michael working together. "You Can't Win" was the precursor. to the triple threat they did together.

  If Joe Jackson said no the trajectory of music history would've changed. The movie led to MJ meeting Quincy which led to the most productive music collaboration in history.

  What makes this story interesting is that mid-to-late 70’s Michael Jackson feels like the closest he ever was to just being a person who had the worries and concerns that other people might. Before that he was a child prodigy, after Thriller he is a mega-pop culture icon whose very presence carries meaning. During this era Michael was just a very very talented guy who wanted to make music.
