My dad was original 504 PIR, 82nd. Jumped Sicily, wounded at Villa Alta south of Naples. Fixed and brought to fight at San Pietro, south of Monticassino. He was severely wounded at Monte San Pietro, taken to U.S. hospital in Naples, met the love of his life, his nurse. They married, honeymoon on Capri. I was born 9 months later at Fort Benning. Love story.

I  just returned from a three week long trip following these men's footsteps from Portsmouth, through France and then Belgium and Bastogne. As infantry combat vet I will will always honor their memory and keep their sacrifices in my heart.

My father was an American soldier who served in Europe during WWII. He passed away in 2002. I think he would love this series.

We have the "Band Of Brothers" CDs and I've watched all the episodes three times.  Here, when I watched the list of those killed in action, tears welled up in my eyes.  Then I thought, 99.9% of people in this country don't know the sacrifice those men made and half of those that do don't care.  Thank you, each and every one that died in that war, and those that survived, for helping keeping us free.

Well done. Throughout the years since 'Band Of Brothers aired, these guys have become like old friends. But, of course, they were much more than that-they confronted evil and stopped it and in doing so paid such a terrible price. Earn it, people. Earn it.

THE GREATEST GENERATION!!! My Grandfather was a medic in the U.S. Army 45th Infantry Division. He used to tell me stories all the time about what he did in WWII when I was a kid. I wish he was here to tell me those stories again, when you are a kid you don't appreciate the hell our heroes went through. Now that I am 46 I appreciate it much more now. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE SERVED, ARE SERVING, AND WILL SERVE IN THE FUTURE!!!🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

I love the Band of Brothers.  I bought the series and have watched it many times.  I think it made me feel closer to my dad, who fought all through WWII in the air force.  My dad seemed to have some PTSD, and after watching Private Ryan and Band of Brothers, I sure could see why he had some PTSD. I greatly respect the sacrifice you guys all made.
