  As a child, I once got the idea that if I removed the shell from my racing snail, it would make it lighter, and thus, faster. Turns out it just made it more sluggish...

  Dude using playdough instead of some computer graphic is actually so cool.<br><br>Not only is the shaping easier to follow, but you having to do it yourself forces you as a teacher to truly completely understand the process. Meaning you know better what to emphasize.

  Lowkey the little &quot;no ai&quot; in the thumbnail is fantastic. Subtle, slightly hidden by the video length tag. but visible enough to catch one&apos;s interest. I&apos;m not sure I&apos;d have clicked on this video if not for that- it&apos;s an unambiguous indicator of quality.

  Speaking of more cool facts, I think you meant to mention this around <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nNPutykAIw&amp;t=785">13:05</a>, but I&apos;d like to add that many slugs that eat anemonies and other stinging corals don&apos;t just take up their toxins and store them to become distasteful. They digest most of the tissue, but keep the organelles that anemones use for stinging (called nematocysts) and incorporate them into their own skin, quite literally stealing them from their prey. This phenomenon is called kleptocnidy. So kinda like the leaf sheep, but more offensive :)

  In German, we call slugs &apos;snails&apos; too, specifically &apos;eine Nacktschnecke&apos; (a naked snail). But this video is the first time I&apos;m hearing about semi-slugs. Just wow. Learning new stuff is a never-ending story, nice.
