  There&apos;s a house centipede that lives in my kitchen, Steve, and now theres no more ants coming up from the floor boards anymore. I guess he scared them off. Steve is paying his rent.

  My basement is filled with house centipedes. &nbsp;The second story of my house is filled with spiders.<br>The first floor is a bloodpath. &nbsp;Nothing else lives long on the first floor.

  Used to have a giant house spider and I would always see dead centipedes in her lair almost like a vendetta

  I once was fortunate enough to find a wild spider in the act of shedding it&apos;s skin. As i watched the spider in fascination, a centipede came out and grabbed it right by it&apos;s tender freshly emerged portion. Such a brutal end for the vulnerable spider.
