As a french I can tell you all the product used for the meals exept the "Président' product are all the top of line brands for food, even the little chocolate for the coffee comes from a very premium french chocolate brand

One of the more advanced ones that tell you which fast charging protocols are supported, and not just what your device is currently using. E.g. the Chargerlab KM003C. That way you can see what they support, and how fast they can charge different devices.

Generally speaking, A350 with 2-3-2 Premium economy layouts is the best followed by 787 with 2-3-2 in PE (probably all carriers with PE?) and the worst is A350 PE with 2-4-2, which as you mentioned most a350 operators.
