It is not understood when you say that there are no reservoirs built by Chin and they making only tunnels divert water force to generate electricity and at the same time you also say that India and Bangladesh are worried about water bomb of China if it releases water from its reservior. Would it work better to create a series of very large culverts parallel to the river and with generators inside the culverts? Essentially use the river itself as a pennstock?

Instead of destroying the ecology of the entire region, they should just use PRWs and/or BRWs. Or even hold off for cleaner fusion energy. Yeah; commercially it’s a couple decades off, but it won’t destroy everything.
