That building needs to be taken down. It is to thin, it is cracking and falling apart, and the longer people keep take trying to patch it up, the worse the building will get and it could come down on it's own. Building like this should be out lawed.

Here’s a fascinating idea: picture a group of high‑rises, all bound together by high‑tensile steel cables — running between them at their mid‑heights and at the very top. If one were to sink or lean, the cables would instantly engage, and every other building in the cluster would act as a steady anchor, firmly bracing the affected structure and keeping it exactly where it should be.

It's not the architects job to make sure his design doesn't fall over, that's the engineers job. But I guess the average person doesn't understand that concept
