  I really liked how in new Vegas, the skill checks had different dialogue if you didn&apos;t have enough stats to pass it, so it was sometimes still worth picking that option to see what the npc would say

  The Chicago setting was mentioned because of Fallout: Tactics being set there (somewhat) and having interesting lore, and New Vegas referencing an Enclave outpost in that area. It had interesting ideas that sit in a vague semi-canon state - honestly would be nice to see that explored more. Plus the midwest is under represented. New Orleans would be a lot more boggy ocean like the Commonwealth in 4 - midwest would be a change of pace.

  One of the biggest things I want back is the ammo system from New Vegas. Being able to hand load custom rounds just feels right

  The Maria gun looks like something Benny got from a crime lord from Mexico. And that&apos;s the point with New Vegas many things have hints of storytelling maybe it was not the intention but it makes you wonder. Raul&apos;s dialogue makes the world bigger because makes you think &quot;what happened to the other countries?&quot;
