  I’ve never watched any Love Island whatsoever, but my understanding is that the premise is putting a bunch of beautiful people together in an artificial situation to encourage sex or romance. <br><br>So, on that premise, and assuming most people tell you that you’re good looking, do you accept that you’re unusually good looking? &nbsp;And if so, where does that mesh with rejection sensitivity?<br><br>I’m not trying to ambush you by trying to make you sound too pleased with yourself. <br><br>I’ve no idea what it is to be good looking, so I am curious where that would leave me. &nbsp;Part of it makes me think it would reduce the rejection sensitivity because I’d think “never-mind, I must look great because people seem to think so, so I guess I’ll meet someone eventually” or I could think “this is an extinction level event for my happiness… my looks aren’t the problem so maybe it’s my personality? &nbsp;Or maybe i’m a victim of my own beauty”<br><br>That probably makes little sense outside my head.

  I always did wonder why such a level-headed, highly intelligent bloke went on that shallow shit show of wannabees. Toxic, tacky TV which is linked to multiple suicides. Yet it&apos;s still allowed to air.
