I know Spencer is saying Vogue like chaos, but she seems v laid back within it - goes with the flow & is not panicky or over stressy around her children.

Congratulations this is so exciting for you all 🥰 Thank you for being so open about your previous miscarriages and I’m so sorry you went through that. I lost our 3rd baby on my birthday last year. I’m still struggling with it and the guilt of that because I am so grateful for our other children. It’s a very complicated thing that affects so many of us 💕
