The guy wearing the tin foil is Chuck, Jimmy's brother from Better Call Saul. He was a nutcase. It was a really good series. Back to the rest of the video, all great advice. I put risers on the legs of my bed frame that elevated the head to 6". I slept much better, didn't wake up with dry mouth and tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth, and this was before I started sleeping with a CPAP machine. When my current mattress wears out, I'm going to buy an adjustable bed so I can put myself in a zero gravity position, elevated head and legs, hopefully ditch my CPAP. As soon as it cools off here in central Texas, I can open my window again and get a cross-breeze. Next week it's going down to 60 at night, can't wait! I always learn something new from your videos, good stuff.

What really helped me get deeper sleep was to roll up two or more socks into a ball about 3-4 inches in diameter and just stuff it under my muscle shirt against my lower or mid back, keeping your muscle shirt tucked into my underwear. It pretty much stays there and prevents me from laying on my back because it causes discomfort if I roll over, from which at first I would wake up sometimes, but I don't wake up now, I think I've trained my subconscious mind to not try to roll over. And I've noticed that I don't wake up tired like I used to, and I haven't been yawning as much, or at all, during the day, either.

I bought two big 12 degree wedge pillows and put them under the mattress. It actually brings the mattress up just like the adjustable bed. My wife used two to three pillows anyway so she actually loved it. It didn't completely eliminate it but it helped a lot.

More than a year ago I started to use a medical wedge pillow under my regular pillow to really elevate the top of my torso. I had mild to moderate sleep apnea. I actually no longer use my CPAP anymore as I found the wedge pillow seemed to minimise my sleep apnea. Maybe later in life I might need it again but for now I’m happily sleeping without out.

Raised pillows had an impact but tapeing my mouth closed with a 3m paper tape was the cure. Simply tape from under the nose to below the bottom lip. Done

I am a senior without apnea, but I sleep like crap. I used to have acid reflux, which I cured by elevating the head of my bed with books. I will try elevation again for my insomnia.
