The Prosecution should be barred from entering into another plea deal! He turned down the deal and must face the ultimate penalty! It is however good news to hear that his suffering is unbearable.

The judge should have forced him to allocute each unaliving in detail even in closed chambers with lawyers, judge and court reporter.
