I love this judge. The fact that she called the warden herself puts both sides on notice that they can each argue their side but they better stick to the truth and not try to shade it.

Peter, please cover the case of Dwain Hall. He awaits trial in Florida, I just watched the video about his interrogation and it is so crazy. He allegedly killed a suicidal UK woman who he groomed for two years and killed in the end. He recorded her saying she wants it etc. It is NUTS. Whoever is also interested, please like this, so Peter knows we want to see it covered

I was a corrections librarian in a federal facility for two years. Murdaugh would have access to both WestLaw (or similar) as well as all of his discovery through the law library. He does NOT need his own laptop. That would crest a nightmare scenario for the facility — trust me.

I am a SC Lowcountry resident native born. I watched every second of the first trial. He is guilty as sin. No doubt. The digital data, the kennel video confirmed it. I am frustrated that our state has to endure this again , the exposure, the expense, and the bombardment of the media. His signal one person’s rights out trumps the state citizens. It’s crazy and I will watch again but not expecting much UNLESS the State has additional evidence.
