  I know I can trust this channel. Some of the other Himalayan disaster channels seem to have invented material about Sherpas and exploitative millionaires.

  Other creators give the climbing stories like they're reading from a novel, and it gets boring, you sir give us what happened to the climbers without diving too much into their life history yes we need a little to give us what their lives were like, but not too much, giving us a headache. Thank you for your work.

  Thank you for this long form video, it not only helped me sleep, but I helped me stop spiralling. My father in law in NJ went to the hospital via ambulance the same day as my mom had a heart attack and stroke in Michigan. I'm in Vermont and supposed to have surgery in 4 days. Just listening to your even steady pace helped me to just stop THINKING for a few hours

  Really great episode. I never lost my parents when i was young but I was an only child and I know about how close the relationship is between your parents and you when you're all you really got. Family on your own terms is pretty interesting. My parents are in their 70s now and my mom has dementia, we lost custody of her and hhave to go visit her as much as we can. Sucks to see my dad start to become more confused and I hope he doesn't go down the same way ❤ thank you for the great entertainment and thoughtful conversation gentlemen
