Connect a rope to the inside top of trash bin holder to the lid of the rolling trash bin that can simply be disconnected by a caribener. When you raise the bin holder top, it will automatically raise the trash bin top, freeing up your time and hand so you can easily toss the garbage bag into the bin. Before you roll the trash bin to the curb, unlock the bin lid from the bin hold lid. A caribener could do this! This will make it much easier for Grace ( and you) to put trash on the bins.
