  Credit card companies don&apos;t care about your hard times or the shit you&apos;re going through, why do people feel like this is a viable excuse for not paying their debts?

  My brother once got sued by a credit card company, and so he showed up alone in court on the day and time the court notice stated. As it turned out, the credit card company rep never showed up, and the judge got angry and dismissed the suit for wasting his time.

  I know someone who just stopped paying her minimum payments bcuz she couldn’t afford them and now discover is taking her to court. She blames everyone in her life for her debt/situation.
