  The clip about the 75 year old man finding out his wife put them in $53k in debt was absolutely soul crushing. I can't even imagine being in that position. I feel so bad for him.

  Can you imagine having three kids all under 5 yrs old, being pregnant and finding out that your husband blew this kind of money on Pokemon cards? I would absolutely lose it 🤬

  With the lending to family, the general rule I use is “if you’re going to loan money family or friends, then do it assuming you’re never going to get paid back like at all. And only give them an amount that you feel comfortable with never seeing again.”

I said I couldn&apos;t do it and offered a large cash (which I hardly afford) &nbsp;gift instead. It turned out this wasn&apos;t good enough - I haven&apos;t talked to most of those people in years. Ironically they ended up divorcing. I will never go to a destination wedding in another country unless all my expenses are all paid for up-front.
