Its kind of frustrating knowing we could have more cool features in our human body and we don't. Imagine having a third eyelid to protect your eye yet still can see.

Tonsils, appendix, sinus aren't useless at all. Tonsils and appendix both have that immune function, the purpose of tonsils is early detection of pathogens and the appendix still does boost your immune system. Sinus does have a relation with voice, they are used in Sygyt style singing for example.

FACT CHECK: "babies born with tails are harmless" is FALSE. A paper in the 80s suggested it is an evolutionary mishap when human babies are born with a tail, but modern science seems to strongly suggest that they are not linked to the tailbone or it's functions but are a deformation of the spine, and highly correlate with neural disabilities, so not harmless.

also note with evolution, if something doesn’t hurt you or obstruct reproduction, evolution won’t get rid of it. Survival of the good enough.

Tonsils aren’t useless because they play a major role in your immune system up to age 6. After that, they still help but you can live without them

Only thing I’ll add is that evolution isn’t conscious. It’s not designing, deciding, etc.

There is no useless, there is something we don’t understand it’s benefits.
