Dyscalculia is a learning disability, not a mental disorder. It’s said to be as common as dyslexia, just under diagnosed.

As someone with pica, its very hard to stop eating the thungs you crave. It's like your brain forces you to eat things that you know you shouldn't. Once you quit, you feel like the cravings are fully gone until one day you have some sort of surge, forcing you to go back and consume the thing you've been craving. I hate it so much.

I have pica, and while I appreciate him trying to bring light to a rare disorder, I feel like he missed out a lot of parts. What he described was very severe pica. And, none of us have dirt for dinner or any meal at that. Trust me. Most of us still value nutrition, such as me. A severely underweight individual that developed pica from anxiety. Thanks if you read this- I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
