  I wasn't taking care of my body. I was invisible. The minute I started taking care of myself people saw me. I look and feel amazing. Self care is sooooooooooo important. ❤

  I lost 80lbs, the way society treats you is night and day. People actually make eye contact and smile at me now. Mind blowing 🤯

  I was in a interview and the hiring manager asked me why I didn&apos;t apply for the manager role she said because I looked so &quot;vibrant&quot; she asked me if I wanted to reapply for the manager&apos;s role because it paid more.

  I always dress up when traveling. The airport is filled with so many people and opportunities for networking. Try to put effort even when traveling ✨️🥰

  I have never been the most beautiful woman in the room. I am however kind, hardworking, intelligent and invest in others. I spend my days in jeans and t-shirts. I&apos;ve been married to a good man for 20 years. I have a career that may not pay the best but it brings me joy. I have a great life and a pretty face didn&apos;t get me there. One of the best women I have met in my life also did not fit anyone&apos;s beauty standard but she was incredibly kind and helped countless people. When she passed away last year, her funeral was so packed it had to start late. Your soul and what you leave behind in this world is what matters the most.

  As a married lady the temptation to stop caring is so real. If you have a good man he&apos;s telling you you look beautiful no matter what but you can&apos;t listen to that. Don&apos;t get too comfortable. Always bless that man with your beauty at it max potential. I feel like my husband needs to see me &quot;all done up&quot; at least once a week.

  As a young girl I saw my mom fix her hair and put on some lipstick just to go outside to throw the garbage!!!!

  People treating you differently based on your appearance doesn&apos;t mean that appearance matters, only that most people are shallow assholes.
