I’ve discovered that too many men today don’t want to provide the space for the woman to be in her feminine energy because they as the man want to live life in their feminine energy. It’s very confusing and very very sad. 😢

My best days i still cherish to this day were lazy slow mornings with my two toddlers with me pottering around the house and them playing with toys around the floor and nothing urgent to do but enjoyjng being there

I have spent these last 5 years in more solitude and I’m genuinely surprised at how much rest I need daily. Years ago I heard a higher voice tell me to rest more. And it was right. I experience more peace each year. ❤

When women have their periods, they are losing blood. They NEED rest at that time! They need to replace their iron in their bodies so that makes sense! My Asian FIlipina grandmother told me something similar back when she was alive.
