Summary:
*How to properly soak chia seeds *
1⃣ For over-50s, use only 1 tablespoon chia seeds per serving.
2⃣ MUST RINSE chia seeds briefly first before soaking (to remove dust, residue, micro particles, etc):
place chia seeds in a fine-mesh strainer.
Rinse under clean running water for 30 seconds, gently stirring them with a spoon or your finger.
Drain briefly then transfer into a clean GLASS container for soaking.
3⃣ Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds with 150-200ml (or 6-7 tablespoons) water in GLASS container.
3⃣ Use warm (40-60 degrees), not hot, filtered water or mineral water (but not highly mineral-ised water)to soak chia seeds.
4⃣ Stir well after adding water for soaking, then stir well again after 3-5 minutes, to prevent clumping.
5⃣ Soak OVERNIGHT (or least 2/8 hours) in sealed glass container in refrigerator.
6⃣ DO NOT soak chia seeds directly in milk or yoghurt. ALWAYS soak in water first overnight before adding to other liquids.
7⃣ DO NOT keep soaked chia seeds for longer than 48 hours.

I I totally agree with your comment on so many ways on Chia seeds and who knows which is the right way. There's so many Chia seed pudding recipes I've been doing the one with coconut milk, a little cinnamon and honey and fresh blueberries, and keeping it in the fridge overnight for months and everything's been fine. Trying to rinse them first I'll try but so far I've had no issues who knows which one is right, and yes, we need shorter videos into the point, but thank you. I tried to pull bits and pieces out of the videos to see which works for me rather than just going along with one. We are also different.

I learn the right way of using chia seeds, I used to put it directly to my oats, frozen fruit and add honey into it; thank you for teaching with more details. God bless you.
