  This is such a wonderful interview with Brian, so spontaneous with natural ease and directness.  One can really get a sense of his personality, which was articulate, candid,  charming, serious, and humorous. Brian is a genius who experienced much trauma and sadness that he was able to overcome enough to gift the world with his incredible songs that changed music forever.  God bless you, Brian. May you rest with the angels.❤ 🙏

  Thank you so much for this. I can never get enough of Brian’s thoughts and opinions. This is a great interview and a reminder of what a sweet and gentle soul he was. Forever remembered and missed. His music changed my life and still brings me strength and joy. Rest in Paradise Brian “Willpower” Wilson 🙏🏼

  I've heard dozens of Brian's interviews through the years.  This one is unsurpassed:  the interviewer's steady, measured, stable delivery, contrast to Wilson's airy, delightful mental flitting about was a lovely balance between interviewer and interviewee.  A pleasure to listen to.

  I don&apos;t believe enough attention is paid to the abuse Brian suffered at the hands of his father. He was responsible for so much of Brian&apos;s psychiatric problems. <br>Self medicating was the only way he sought relief. Vicious cycle. 💔 <br>Beach Boys forever!🌞🤟

  At <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wi563mo6gO8&amp;t=275">4:35</a> Ms. Gross makes it a point to tell Mr. Wilson that a lot people view the Four Freshmen as &quot;square.&quot; Who knew? What was her motivation for telling him that?
