Hey BEAT family, people have been asking me this question left and right so I finally decided to do a video on this. I'd love to hear your perspective on this when you get a chance. Thanks and enjoy!

When I listen to music. I am praising Him. Not the one who wrote the song.

When I used to work in banking, the best way to learn counterfeit currency was by surrounding yourself with the real. The more you handle the real, the easier it is to spot the counterfeit. The same holds true in the spiritual sense. The more you spend time in the Word, in prayer, in the Spirit, the easier it it is to spot the counterfeit.

You brought up a point my dad always taught me: "I should dive into the Word for myself, so that I can discern the Truth and discard the false." I'm so grateful that you are doing these videos thank you!

Charles Spurgeon: Discernment is NOT knowing the difference between right and wrong. It IS knowing the difference between right and ALMOST right. What a powerful statement!

I am 13! So definitely a young christian. I feel like I was being sucked in. I want to learn and research more. But, I will rely on God and trust that He WILL guide me. 💗 Thank you for this. I need to guard my heart.

If you come out of this content deciding whether to listen or not listen to content from these churches, that’s well and good. But if you come out of this with a greater desire to depend more on God’s word and the Holy Spirit for decisions like this, then that’s even better! Thanks for this video, brother!
