  I got electrocuted by a high power line, and I was declared dead by two different hospitals. My mother&apos;s rest in peace, who was a woman of faith, got in her kneel down and asked God in the name of Jesus&apos;s to restore my life according to his will and mercy🙏🙏 that was 34 years ago 🙏 So miracle can happen when you believe sir. I believe in miracles. I have seen many miracles in my lifetime. My daughter was healed by the Lord 20 years ago from glaucoma. My mother, at 45 years old she was very ill, her heart was too big. The doctors told us that she only had 3 or 6 months to live. My mother answered that only my father in heaven knows when is my time to go home. I will live all the years that the Lord has for me. When my mother passed away, she was 80 years old. She was a great-grandmother of 6.

  My church changed one line of a song because that line was not rooted in the truth.<br>I am grateful to be in a church which is so careful about this.

  Too Good to Not Believe is a song written so ppl will be reminded of the things that God&apos;s done in their lives. &nbsp;Have the song writers themselves seen cancer disappear? Seen bodies healed? Mental health restored? Real life resurrection? &nbsp;I don&apos;t know but I can tell you that I have and when I sing those words they mean something to me. &nbsp;They remind me of the goodness of God and they encourage others to seek God. &nbsp;<br><br>I&apos;m a very affectionate father towards my kids, something I didn&apos;t have growing up. &nbsp;My kids will just come and lay in my lap or lay in my arms just out of nowhere and for no reason and I&apos;ll hold them. &nbsp;I didn&apos;t have that growing up and to think that I have a Father that I can be that way with isn&apos;t &quot;uncomfortable&quot; or off-putting, it&apos;s wonderful. &nbsp;<br><br>&quot;Lean back in the loving arms of a beautiful father<br> Breath deep and know that he is good, he&apos;s a love like no other&quot; &nbsp;<br><br>For the most part, the only thing I agreed with in this whole video was when you were reading from the word. &nbsp;And I&apos;ll agree with you that there are some very shaky &quot;christian&quot; songs when it comes to biblical foundation, but you didn&apos;t mention any of them here. &nbsp;I mean you quoted the bridge of Champion but neglected the God-centered chorus: <br><br>&quot;YOU are my Champion<br> Giants fall when YOU stand undefeated, every battle YOU&apos;VE won.<br> I am who YOU say I am<br> YOU crown me with confidence <br> I am seated in the heavenly place <br> Undefeated with the One who has conquered it all&quot;<br><br>See how the first half of the chorus sets up who God is and then who we are in him. &nbsp;Again, this is how we are reminded of WHO God is in our lives and then WHO we are in Him. &nbsp;Humans have a very short memory and no matter what God has does for us in our lives, we tend to forget that the next time something comes along that rattles us. &nbsp;That&apos;s why we write songs like these to say God is all these things. Because He is and because of what He&apos;s promised, we know that we are what He&apos;s said we are and we have what He&apos;s said we have. It&apos;s not man-centered. &nbsp; If my kid comes to me and says &quot;daddy will you spend time me? I want to play with you.&quot; &nbsp;Is he being self-centered? &quot;Dad I feel great when we play together!&quot; Is that self-centeredness. &nbsp;When my kids say things like that to me, I feel elated. &nbsp;When my wife says to me, &quot;I&apos;m so glad I married you&quot; I don&apos;t think of that as being a &quot;she-centered&quot; comment. &nbsp;I love it. &nbsp;When we say, &quot;God, I love being in your presence. &nbsp;Your presence changes me. Your presence makes my calms my chaos. I need you. I want to spend more time with you.&quot; &nbsp;I don&apos;t think God says, &quot;Jeez what a self-centered person they are&quot;. &nbsp;I think He loves it. &nbsp;<br><br>I&apos;m not trying to be confrontational here but I think you&apos;re missing it.

  Am no expert in this but with the help of God i find some of the songs called self-centered are more of testimonies, songs of victory, songs of surrender, songs of human vulnerability etc &nbsp;about God&apos;s goodness and where most of us have been brought.... As you was speaking i was just feeling this song moving in my veins-------------I love You, Lord <br>For Your mercy never fails me <br>All my days, I&apos;ve been held in Your hands <br>From the moment that I wake up <br>Until I lay my head <br>Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God <br>And all my life You have been faithful <br>And all my life You have been so, so good <br>With every breath that I am able <br>Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God

  My church just sang Too Good to Not Believe yesterday. I personally know people who have seen cancer disappear and who have met people who God raised from the dead. I’ve seen miracles myself. They still happen. The blood still works. Jesus is still working miracles. This song is not incorrect.

  I sang on a praise team in high school and at a local church after college. Thank you for your biblical insights along with G3 Ministries’ insights on the actual teachings of Bethel, Hillsong, Elevation, and Jesus Culture. I very feel convicted and have adjusted my music preferences on Spotify so that I’m not supporting churches that propagate false teachings by listening to their music with problematic lyrics. I have also gravitated to the hymns, especially the hymns my late grandfather loved. God is good.
