Greg went straight to "they better not murder that cat". My head went straight to "that cat better not fucking smile".

This movie was a lot better than the trailer made it appear to be

I saw a lot of people saying that the trailer came off quite cheesy. But damn the whole time I was sat in the cinema, I was on the edge of my seat. It’s the atmosphere that really got to me. Once I got home I couldn’t stand or even look at the dark parts of my house 🤣

"Let's put a permanent smile on that face." This is the very definition of a psychological horror film

Something people wouldn’t know, but me working in a movie theater, the soundtrack for the credits is one of the creepiest things about the movie, especially being in a large theater in the middle of the night by yourself cleaning, it’s so insanely creepy

"Are you sure you haven't let something inside Rose?"<br>"Look behind you."<br><br>This scene was such a mind fuck.

This is the first horror movie in a very long time that actually shook me to my core. I have an irrational fear of physiological trauma so that being a key theme of this absolutely scared the crap out of me. It's my favorite horror film of the year that scared me while Barberian is my favorite horror that was a fun time.

Didn’t go in with high expectations but came out really liking it. Genuinely was horrified when the demon showed it’s true face

<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGiPLDoor48&t=790">13:10</a> that jumpscare was clever. highly chance we're not expecting it, yet it made us so focus 😂

The comment about how it’s been a while since you’ve felt that bad about someone in a horror movie couldn’t be more accurate. Such solid acting by Sosie Bacon. The editing, cinematography (great shots), and even the jump scares are so well done. This movie is so much better than you’d expect.

Honestly, rather than a sequel, I would like to see a prequel. Maybe an origin story explaining what it is and where it came from etc. Could be very interesting.
