When judges protect bad actions with 'qualified immunity' and police departments hide behind muted body cams, it's civil rights attorneys like these who keep the system from completely policing itself. Accountability shouldn't be this hard to fight for

The American Fork Police Dept has been a regular feature on YouTube for years. Thanks to Reckless Ben they are now globally known as the most stupid and thuggish corrupt cops in all the U.S.A .It is fortunate the he has a good attorney to defend him . The only protection we have against lawless cops are civil rights attorneys and institutions like the Institute For Justice .

They never even searched the Air B&B… it was an arrest warrant dressed up as a search warrant. I’ve cleared houses in the Army, they were clearing the house for PEOPLE. Legos are small, they never even opened any drawers or cabinets… only places big enough to hold people. They weren’t looking for Legos…
