  The good news is that Ben now has 5 lawyers helping him through his lawsuits.  IIRC, 2 civil attorneys, 2 for federal court, and 1 for Utah.  Here's hoping Ben's legal team wipes the courtroom floor with the prosecution, the police, and BAM.

  The "mormon thing" is pretty important contextually though, considering that a lot of the police, BAM ceo, and the franchise owners went to the same Mormon college together and attend the same church.

  A Utah FBI agent told me that they have a very high level of fraud in Utah and that part of the problem is Mormons trusting Mormons in business interactions and not doing normal due diligence before doing transactions.

  Yeah the cops are too busy to answer Ben’s call over LEGO but they’re not too busy to SWAT Ben, violate his civil rights and arrest him using excessive force and arrest a bunch of other innocent people over LEGO, smh.

  Ex mormon here. Apparently the ceo is on the high council of his ward/region and mormons absolutely (allegedly) will protect their high tithe-ers who are high up in the church. It is very common that they put their allegiances to the church over their sworn duties as government officials in order to protect their own. I understand not wanting to speculate but the moment I heard they were going to Utah i immediately began checking who is with the church for this reason. From a sociology perspective it is absolutely a factor in this just as it would be for any other religion that protects their own above all else. From a legal perspective... harder to prove I&apos;m sure but the separation of church and state is important (This is all alleged and I&apos;m just someone on the internet)

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBPBTeXzndo&amp;t=1650">27:30</a> what Ben is trying to show is that the police had NO trouble interfering in a civil matter when it came to taking BaMs side but when Ben tried to do the same suddenly the matter wasn&apos;t important. He is showing the 2 tier policing that is going on.
