The K9 wasn't the least bit interested in his vehicle ... Had to be taken around the truck a 2nd trip. Then .. The K9 was "alerted" by his handler's hand signal. Corrupt ... Totally corrupt.

Pretty sure the rule is after the traffic stop is over, they are legally obliged to let you leave.

Perjuring cops prompting the dog on scene, then lying to a judge and jury about the dog alert. Lying, in court and in police reports, about a host of other facts. Just a pack of nasty, shameful liars and perjurers. Corrupt organization.
