  I saw this in the theaters when it was released. The theater was probably only 30% full but every single person in there was weeping. I have never watched it since 🙏🏾

  I’m glad to’ve never found myself in the nightmare known as the school to prison pipeline because I found that educating myself by any means necessary is more important than fast money. Thanks for all you do, man. It’s good to see you here again.

  Served only 11 months for murder… a lot of of those prisoners would make it hell for normal prisoners, but not a cop prisoner…

  Such a beautiful heartbreaking film. Mitcheal B Jordan and his talent shined from start to finish. I so wanted a different ending. 😭😭😭😭😞

  Your point on the movie being a bit messed up in how it makes that one thug cop seem sympathetic is justified, it was revealed the prevailing narrative of Oscar&apos;s shooting was based on false statements from the police, and that the officer called Oscar the N-slur and beat him several times BEFORE shooting him.
