Everything matters, but not everything matters equally.

It matters A LOT, because that is the part that you see and feel.

As an industrial engineer it's very weird to see this whole series, as a guitar player I love to see Paul's enthusiasm.

I dont agree with Paul on everything, but I think he's a wonderful human being. I sometimes get a little ego take on interviews with outside artists or people in the business, but hearing him speak one-on-one with his employees in this series has been a revelation to his true character. You can tell he has the utmost respect for each of his employees and people related to the business. He supports and lifts up their ideas, he values their contributions, he loves what they create. This series really makes me want to go out and buy a PRS. They're great guitars, but they're also a great company with a great leader.
So glad yall put this series together. It's been a revelation not only on how the guitars are built but on the man and his business. It really feels like a family, and that makes me want to support it in any way I can.

Hands on and intellectually inquisitive creativity, a love of visual, physical, and aural art, that dedication to detail and discovery. Paul has been like that clearly long before I first met him in May '84 at that old haunted 33 West Street upstairs with John Mann. All the various tools laid out on the workbench and the sharp concave chisel held by those multi-bandaged hard working hands over the partially carved maple on mahogany covered in wood chips. Wonderful memories.
This '88 PRS Special in my hands still inspires creation and joy, kept me going through the tough times. I'm so deeply happy inside to have been fortunate enough to experience Paul, John, and PRS.

I love PRS guitars. I just bought my 4th PRS. They are beautiful guitars. All 4 of them play and sound great.

I like a shiny, hard, smooth finish. I grainfill, 2 times to ensure all the pores filled . 2 times to fill any shrinkage. Sand, stain and seal. I prefer poly finishes rather than nitro to get a tough, non shrink crack finish. Not too thick, though

Paul has a few behaviors I don't care for -- and I do, too -- but his example of unrelenting interest and enthusiasm and his readiness to make changes where it improves his guitars make him admirable to me for sure. He, and his company, are never sitting on their asses counting money, or just juggling boring features as others do. In any field, any industry, this constant attention seems to always contribute to great products and sustained success.

I've played mostly Strats or Teles most of my 40 year guitar journey but recently purchased a PRS DGT with a flawless flame maple top. The pickups are amazing and the highs and mids have such clarity. I'm definitely going to get a couple more. Such an incredible high quality instrument. Very pleased
