  my theory for the chin is that humans are the only species to cook their food. cooked food is easier to eat and requires less strength in your jaw. once humans started having an easier time chewing food our teeth shrank but jaw stayed almost the same leaving a protruding chin

  All mammal &nbsp;embryos look very similar. That shows a shared origin.<br><br>They only deviate in shape when they grow up.
