You know, Eclipse is as much a Magical Girl fanboy as Zyra is a fangirl. He is essentially cosplaying a Magical Girl villain...it just happens to be reality.

They changed Zira's hair braids to have stars in them, to match Aika star buns. also the actor that plays miss is Michele Knotz who played jessie in pokemon also Eclipse is played by Aleks Le who voices Jin-woo Sung in Solo Leveling, zenitsu agatsuma from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. There's also a ep2 animatic.

Fun fact: the team behind the animation also worked on a show called Hilda, I highly recommend that show!
