  My God I was stunned when I first time turned Doom3. I had GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB. Which was Good card, but Doom molested this card in 1124x768 on my 19 inch Syncmaster.

  I remember playing doom for the first time in 94 or 95 and being absolutely amazed.

  I am still keepin an eye on your channel, and lemme tell you I love supporting small creators. Either way: if you wanna do more OG Doom content, the wide crazy world of mods and WADs are another world entirely. Lotta talking points, and truly eternal.

  THE game for Halloween (one of at least).<br><br>About the Steam Library shenanigans, Id re-organized some of their games in the Steam Store, and apparently now if you want to buy DOOM 3, you receive the whole stuff, hence why you got the BFG edition and RoE for free out of nowhere. Happened to me too and apparently it affected other games but I&apos;m not sure.

  No one ever talks Doom ressurection of evil so this is nice to see. Personally I miss that era of fps games where the whole gimmick was &quot;lets give the player cool powers&quot; like in timshift and singularity

  The main thing that Doom 2 changed aside from just mapd and 1 legendary, meta changing weapon.. was the monster roster making the core of the combat loop or puzzles for 30 years further. The engine was also changed a bit from Doom 1. <br>Also the source code came out in 1997, but its nitpicking.

  id argue that people didn&apos;t just stop calling them doom clones because it was juvenile lol<br>it was more that after 3 or 4 years in 97 games like Golden eye, quake, blood, duke nukem, jedi knight, etc<br>were bringing a fresh enough twist it just seemed dismissive to keep calling all fps doom clones<br>yeah people started thinking the term was dumb<br>but new games that came out and didn&apos;t progress the idea past doom still got called doom clones
