Not only is ALL-STAR SUPERMAN the best Superman comic ever, but easily my all-time favorite superhero comic, too, and it helped me on a personal level, overcoming my self-pity for good.

A lot of this story went over this guys head. The whole bizarro issues are to show how Superman feels being with humans.

When the group at daily planet says they think Superman was pretending to be Clark, you’re not looking at the art and look at their faces. They’ve known they’re the same person they’re just keeping up appearances in Superman’s trying hour

This is almng my absolute favorite Superman books, along with American Alien, the Rebirth run and Secret origin. What's your favorite Superman story then?

Quitely. Two syllables. It's an inversion of the phrase "Quite Frankly". Hearing "qui-et-ly" is possibly my biggest pet peeve.

Most of the comics I’ve read are Grant Morrison. I’ve liked them but I’ve never read a series by him where I didn’t think he was trying way too hard.

Indeed, Kal Kent is from the 853rd Century long after the Superman line and a 5th Dimension family crossed. He even mentions it in the first issue of DC 1 Million.
