  I work in a nursing home. We&apos;ve had nurses and an aide come to work drunk and they got terminated. We had one nurse come to work high on drugs before. This may have been some vanilla extract but not only vanilla extract.

  You can be banned from an airport, from a specifical airline, OR from flying all together. No fly list is you cannot fly anywhere period, not in, not out, domestic OR internationally from the USA. No fly bans you from all airlines and airports basically.
