  The phenomenon Charlie describes in the first video is frequency bias. It’s your brain ability that once it knows the existence of something, or is reminded of it, the brain then notices it much more than you would’ve originally. This in turns leads you to think that it’s happening more frequently when rather you brain is just more aware of it.

  it sucks that girl felt like she couldn&apos;t speak her mind on what happened to her until the pastor spoke up about the adultery because he thought he would get away with what he did Scott free<br><br>But I&apos;m glad she was brave enough to finally tell the truth when the right moment presented itself

  We had a stupid ass Governor Clayton Willams in Texas. He said to a reporter at a Q&amp;A where it was raining. &quot;Rape is uh lot like rain. Ifen rapes nevitable might as sit back enjoy it and let it happen.&quot; &nbsp;I believe that was his only term a Texas Governor.
