  most gym workouts are about slowly going back to start positions and explode basically of this starters positions, for example: deadlift; slowly go down and let the bar touch the ground (mind you, not setting it back completely there must still be strain on your muscles, so don&apos;t set it back on the ground) as you lift the weight of the ground you explode up, controlled and focused but exploding none the less, as you go down again you go slowly till it touch the ground again with a little tap. this aspect you can add to literally any exercise. so when you guys go back to the gym try it out, you might like the results!!

Or your ability to have healthy children so the human genome can evolve. An animal or human can do something stupid and die, but still have had offspring to pass on their flaws. We actually outlaw natural selection by making abortion illegal, that&apos;s a way for people who know they can&apos;t raise a kid proper, to choose not to have the kid, ending their line and their genetic contribution as well as the probability of a child growing up with a parent incapable of teaching them right. Natural selection is when people don&apos;t breed or others won&apos;t breed with them, to prevent them contributing to our species. Dying from stupidity is just death, it doesn&apos;t affect your lineage or the human evolution unless you die before having kids, so it&apos;s not a part of the natural selection.
