  What you did to his foot is almost exactly what was done to one of my hands as a child! It was emotional to watch this. The doctors used to say about me as well “it won’t be pretty, but it will work!” and they were absolutely right. Thanks for doing this for him!

  I immediately thought: &quot;that is the wrong nest to use&quot;, because I sadly had such a case before. Someone brought me a baby bird that had a hair wrapped around one of its legs. I removed the hair and tried my best, but sadly the little one didn&apos;t make it.<br>Sometimes wild birds use hairs they find to build their nests and unfortunately causing that to happen...<br><br>But I actually succeeded once with a baby rooster that had a deformed foot, by using the bird shoe method shown in the video. Seven years later he is still alive and happy today, crowing outside as I&apos;m writing this. I guess this is just how life works. Sometimes you make the difference and sadly sometimes nature works against you.<br><br>Thank you so much for saving those cute little pigeons. Underrated animals for sure. They are so pretty to! Would love to get an update on them later :)
