one of the best vintage train videos i've seen for the KC area. not sure if you noticed but the video isn't deinterlaced properly before uploaded to YT so it has that doubled images and honeycomb pattern in the motion of the trains passing by. You can see it more when you click pause. back in the early 00's i had issues with deinterlacing properly. it's trial and error. i think most stuff these days are progressive instead of interlaced. old style CRT TV's did better with interlaced videos. I noticed Pentrex's videos they uploaded to YT has the same interlacing problem.

The Santa Fe Interlocking is Still open to the public. Most railfans go on Saturday and Sunday. STILL the BEST spot in the Metro area to catch a LOT of rail traffic.
