Halo 3 multiplayer were some of the greatest memories. Every kid in 8th grade had a 360, I swear

Halo 1, 2, and 3 were the perfect trilogy. I played so much halo 3 with my friends. Good times.

Ahhh Halo 3. I remember standing in line for 6 hours waiting for my pre-order. 2007 was a different time I’ll tell you. After getting my copy buddies and I hit the local gas station and stocked up on Doritos and Mountain Dew to get that sweet Halo 3 double xp.

0:18 I might not be the biggest halo fan ever, but man that music is so nostalgic. All nighters with my best friend on halo 1-3, Doom 3, Morrowind and Oblivion, Gears 1-3, Fable. Almost all of those games are making a return soon too

ODST was my all time peak, Halo 2 campaigns world with Halo 3s gameplay, and a bitchin atmosphere. But ill never forget the friends and 7pm to 7am nights I had on 3, best online gaming I was ever a part of.

For me I think halo 2 is the goat, especially for multiplayer. So many iconic levels were introduced in that game and that’s really when online multiplayer took off.

We would play 4v4 online multiplayer games at one of my friends house and every time we would end up talking trash to the other team (or vice versa) and would invite them to a private match to settle the score and talk shit. Sometimes we won and sometimes we lost, but it was some of the funnest gaming memories of my life.

We also had random nights where we would just play 4 player free for all on lockout stoned all night long until 2 or 3 am in the morning, everyone in the same room on a couch laughing and hanging out together.

I feel like it’s hard to convey to the younger generation how magical it truly was.
