The Rosemary breadsticks are my evil pleasure...haven't seen them at my local Aldi's lately! Today I'm adding 4 half pints of Concord grape jam, 6 half pints of grape jelly and 4 pints of Concord Grape juice to my pantry. My next project is canning up a batch of Unstuffed Pepper soup for my pantry...love the stuff so I don't want to run out! I also have 10 pounds of locally grown Golden Delicious and Gala apples that I'll be turning into Caramel Apple Pie jam and applesauce. All shelf stable on my pantry shelves.

Being Italian, I did a "taste test" of Aldi Italian Sausage for $2.99 vs Kroger Italian Sausage $5.99. The Aldi sausage was pink/red and looked & smelled fresh. The Kroger sausage looked white/tan; no color. I cooked both and hands down, Aldi sausage was so good! Tasted like homemade and was delicious. Sorry Kroger's was tasteless. Plus $3.00 less per pack at Aldi! Thank you Aldi; I keep well-stocked. ❤

Aldi's is my number one store followed by Kroger. I get things at Aldi's I can't find anywhere else for prices that are amazing.

That squash you've never heard of is a Japanese pumpkin. Its thin skinned, no need to peel it. Its got a sweet nutty flavor. Roasted, fried, baked... its great.
