There are still lynchings. They happen from Virginia to Mississippi, the local law declared them suicides. It is sick.

When I was in junior high, I wrote papers about Black history and talked about things like lynchings and other forms of racial terror. Some of my white teachers told me those things never happened. But when I showed them photos of Emmett Till, they got real quiet.
