  As I currently lead and run a school in Chicago with deep historical ties to the civil rights era, the people and curriculum I inherited is more harmful than helping to move the needle to arm our black children with the necessary tools they need. Our school is based on the teachings of late Marva Collins, whose daughter in law is my supervisor. We are working hard on getting back to basics but the balance is hard and real. Thank you for this conversation!!!

Im writting a Operations Research paper right now on Amos Wilson&apos;s book &quot;The Falsification of Afrikan Consciousness&quot; and Carter G Woodson&apos;s book &quot;The Mis-Education of the Negro&quot;. <br><br>This is part of my abstract:Since the seminal works of Carter G. Woodson (1933) and Amos Wilson (1993), the American educational system has been critiqued as a site of &quot;mis-education&quot; for Black Americans. Despite various reforms, 2025 data reveals a persistent 81% graduation rate for Black students compared to 90% for White students and 98% for Asian students. This paper utilizes Operations Research (OR) methodologies—specifically Markov Transition Matrices and Efficiency Frontier Analysis—to model the educational pipeline as a stochastic process. We introduced a &quot;Woodson Coefficient&quot; of cultural alignment to measure the friction between curriculum and identity.

  My advice Make education top priority STEM + World history and the arts. Instead of giving 10% to religion give to build community for us. Prvate Property is a must .

  I also think we need cultural schools. I follow a Korean American who was bullied for her lunches. Many minorities develop complexes that still harm them today. But that would require diaspora wars to stop and each culture coming in with the mindset to learn.

He published the book, <b>A New Deal</b> , shortly before FDR&apos;s famous speech.   No one is snatching black people for no reasons 😂 the continual need to be special above others has become so tiresome!!! Value education, work towards goals, have a good outcome! No need to be special!
