Though normal in regions prone to these conditions, globally natural occurrences are changing. Weather, geology etc. are causing disruptions and becoming destructive. In all it, let's be kind to those suffering through disaster and leave judgement comments to God. Locally we are facing water restrictions as a result of poor rainfall. Seasons are out of sync.
