Fun fact, HCE Anniversary was made by Saber Interactive, who will later do the Tomb Raider Remasters. They did it with a ridiculusly short budget only because they wanted to win this specific contract and made reputation for themself. In the end, they renegociate the contract for H2A which end up been way better and way more profitable for Saber

The original combat evolved is genuinely my favourite game and visually my favourite game too, it's charming, nothing will compare to the sky boxes on installation 04

One change that hit me more than I expected is the addition of the wildlife sights and sounds; in my headcanon it makes more sense that the halos have all the prerequisites for life but have none, since they are literally meant for wiping out organic life and to contain the flood that feeds on said life

Dude, your loading transitions are awesome! Helps structuring the video and makes me chuckle all at the same time! ahhhhhhhh quick little meditation... I think you should make a version of that for every video where the game has a loading screen.

Great vid flandrew, clearly a lot of effort put it into it. To the point where i noticed the side by side on the beach showing the distance to the warthog being exactly the same. Lovely stuff
