  Also, for those unfamiliar, as someone who has been playing Halo for almost 25 years, Assault on the Control Room is Halo at its peak.

  That era of gaming was magical, along with the developing YouTube community and Multiplayer on Halo 3 was truly a epic moment to experience gaming at its peak.

  I think the darkest level of the Halo franchise is High Charity with the Halo 2 Flood ambiance. Millions of aliens living there, the city going dark as the Flood screeches and having an all-you-can-eat buffet.

Steam says I have over 800 hours played in the Master Chief collection and I&apos;m pretty sure that at least 400 of those are in CE.<br><br>I&apos;m sure that plain on the original Xbox at my house and at my friend&apos;s house, I have even more hours than that. Halo CE holds some of my most cherished memories, made with my family and my friends. <br><br>All of the the betrayals, all of the messing around, all of the tea bagging, all of the laughter. This game will forever hold a special place in my heart.

  One masterful and very darkly hilarious thing about 343 Guilty Spark&apos;s character throughout the trilogy is how utterly confounded he is that humans (fourunners) don&apos;t understand everything about the Halo rings and their purpose. When the big reveal of Halo&apos;s purpose happens at the opening of Two Betrayals, he&apos;s says &quot;But you already knew that! I mean, how couldn&apos;t you&quot;<br>He&apos;s like, yeah no shit that&apos;s what Halo does, you people built this thing, how tf you don&apos;t you know how it works? 😂<br><br>This is further elaborated on in Halo 2, as he&apos;s happy to explain Halo to the Covenant (non-fourunner) races, as he doesn&apos;t expect them to know anything about it, even though they&apos;ve constructed their entire religion around it.<br><br>In Halo 3 when Chief says to Spark &quot;You tried to <i>kill</i> Cortana. You tried to kill me!&quot;<br>Spark says &quot;Protocol dictated my response!&quot; His tone in the way he says it, sounds to me like: of course I did, you programmed me to! Again at the end of Halo 3, Spark is completely blindsided that the Chief and Johnson want to prematurely fire the reconstructed Installation 04, that they don&apos;t understand or care about the repercussions, and finally realizes what the humans don&apos;t understand . That &quot;you ARE Fourunner!&quot;

  The first halo game i played was halo 3 then i played combat evolved in high school on multiplayer then i played halo 2 &nbsp;but never got to play combat evolved campaign &nbsp;but halo 3 made me love halo ❤

  I have so many fond memories playing halo 2 at my cousins house and him trying to teach me how to sword fly and super bounce. I’ve watched a lot of halo retrospectives on YouTube. This one was so well done. I can’t wait to see more content from this channel.

  i was always baffled why they made those tv shows instead of a 1 to 1 adaptation of the original serires. it was already so cinematic
