James chose Alex‘s house because he was looking for an easy place to break and enter. Looking at the overgrown lawn and the many newspapers sitting in the driveway it looks deserted.

The director said he likes to watch reactions on YouTube to his movie to see what people think of his favorite parts. Would be cool to know if he was here watching!

I love the small detail of Matthew (whose father admits in his dream that he never tells Matthew that he loves him) is the bully that picks on Alex.

Gladys is an iconic horror villian. I can see her being a popular Halloween costume for years to come.

The actress who played Gladys is someone you know. You saw her in "Uncle Buck" and she played Kevin Costner's wife Annie in "Field of Dreams." Amy Madagan is one of those actresses that shines in every movie she does and she give it her all. She won the Critics Choice award and has been nominated for an Oscar as Best Supporting Actress for this movie. Overall, what a GREAT reaction !!
